Canadian musician Lukas Rossi was chosen over thousands of entries in the CBS Television Reality Series Rock Star: Supernova to claim the crown and role of lead singer of Rock Star Supernova. The band of the same name released an album on November 21st, 2006.
As an accomplished and published songwriter, Lukas Rossi was able to offer lyrics and creative input for the album. One of Rossi's own creations, Headspin, was included. The band completed a worldwide tour in early 2007 with Lukas Rossi serving as dynamic front man and lead singer.
Moving out on his own in the summer of 2007, Rossi released a recording of 4 acoustic tracks on the "Love and Lust" EP in June. He toured across the US and Canada during the summer, accompanied by keyboard player, Lou Dawson, and spent time with the fans that have supported him.
